At the age of 24, this great goalscorer, who was in the middle of a successful period and was team captain, decided to quit football and "do the Americas", settling first in Argentina and then in Chile. His shirt, which the family donated to the club museum, is the oldest found shirt. The Club paid tribute to him at the Calle Indústria ground on 09/06/18, which he did not attend.
