First goal scorer for FC Barcelona in European competition, apart from in the Latin Cup, (25/12/1955). He was a coach. Member of a footballing family. His father, Serafín was a goalkeeper and his three brothers Serafín, Jose Luís and Jesús María, were also outstanding players.
