The shortest goalkeeper in the Club's history (1.64m). He conceded the most goals ever in a game for Barça in a 12-1 defeat at San Mamés in a league match (08/02/31) due to the "strike of the fallen legs" by some teammates who wanted to earn more. He fought at the Aragón front in the Civil War, but was wounded in a bombing at his own house in Barcelona. The Club paid tribute to him at the Les Corts ground on 15/06/52. He spent 53 years at the Club.
