He trained in the lower categories of FC Barcelona and reached the first team in 1994, by Johan Cruyff, who was also his father-in-law. He played for Barça until 1996, when both he and Cruyff left the Club. That year, too, he played the promotion phase with Córdoba in Segunda División and retired from football. Then, he signed as a kicker for the Barcelona Dragons, an American football team, then performed at Bergamo Lions. He is the second highest scorer of the now defunct NFL Europe. After that, he has coached base football teams.
